Welcome to the web site of Wakefield Tennis Club.

We are a long established tennis club in the Wakefield area of West Yorkshire, England.

We offer a wide range of tennis to players of all ages and abilities.

Both social and match (in local leagues) tennis is available, and new members are always welcome.

We are particularly keen to recruit new women members and juniors, but all ages and genders are welcome to apply!

 

Normal club times for social tennis are:
Saturday, 12.30 to 5.00 pm Tuesday, 6.00 - 9.00 pm (summer only) However, playing of tennis outside of these times on a self-arranged basis is available. The playing season runs from the first Saturday in April until the end of October, but we often continue to play throughout the rest of the year whilst the weather remains fine.
